Robert A. Means Jr.

FEDERALSBURG — Robert Allen Means Jr. of Federalsburg, MD, died Sunday, September 6, 2015 at his home. He was 67 years old.
Born in Annapolis, MD on June 4, 1948, Mr. Means was the son of Anita Jane Allen Means of Denton, MD and the late Robert Allen Means. He and his wife, Peggy (Charlie), of Federalsburg, moved to Caroline County in 1976.
Mr. Means was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He had been an electronics consultant for many years. He had been self-employed; had worked with MD Plastics in Federalsburg; and had retired from Bilbrough Electric in Denton in 2011.
In addition to his wife and mother, Mr. Means is survived by a son, Robert A. Means III and his wife Sarah of Mt. Green, UT; two sisters: Marsha Smith and her husband Tom of Annapolis and Robyn Smith and her husband Dave of Denton; and three grandchildren: Robert A. Means IV, Cole A. Means and Finnley Patrick Means. He was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Jane Buchanan.
