James Frank (Jimmy) Gray

James Frank Gray, 56, a 23-year resident of Edgewater, died of a heart attack July 30 at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Also known as "Bull," Mr. Gray was born May 6, 1948, in Annapolis and graduated from Annapolis High School in 1966.

He served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and worked for Baltimore Gas and Electric as a lineman for more than 30 years.

Among his interests were NASCAR and playing the lottery.

Surviving are his wife, Carol J. Gray, whom he married in 1968; three sons, James Gray Jr. of Deale and Jason and Kyle Gray, both of Edgewater; two daughters, Kelly MacDonald of Lusby and Kerry Gray of Edgewater; his father, Archibald Gray of Annapolis; two sisters, Sue Schmalfuss of Annapolis and Robin Duval of Edgewater; two brothers, Robert Gray of Denton and Doug Gray of Annapolis; and five granddaughters
