Robert Lee Adams Bob

September 14, 1947 - January 25, 2010

ROBERT L. ADAMS, 62 of Chestertown, MD, died at

his home on January 25, 2010.

After graduating high school Bob served 4 years in the U.S.

Navy aboard the U.S.S. Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr.

Upon completion of his service his career began with C & P

Telephone, Bell Atlantic retiring from Verizon after 30

years. He then pursued his true passion of restoring antique

Ford Mustangs.

Bob was a member of the American Legion and several antique

car clubs.

Loving husband and father, he is survived by his wife Linda

of 42 years, daughter Heather Wendt and her husband Gregory

and granddaughter Allyson Wendt of Washington State.

Also surviving him is granddaughter Samantha Adams of Tennessee.

He was preceded by a son Robert Christopher Adams.

His family, his home and his friends were his world.
