Mr. Richard “Rick” Johnson, Jr. 63, of 71 Fred Mcleod Lane, Coats died Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.

Mr. Johnson was born July 12, 1947 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland the son of the late Richard and Virginia Andrews Johnson and is preceded in death by his wife, Deloris “Dee” Johnson.

Mr. Johnson was a veteran serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a retired Salesman with Triangle Auto Sales.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday June 24, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie Miller and Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Byrd & Rev. Donald Keith Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery in Dunn.

Survivors include: A Son: Richard “Ricky” Johnson, III of Dunn, N.C.

A Daughter: Leslie M. Johnson of Coats, N.C.

4 Grandchildren: Colbie Lynn Williford & Fiancee' Victor Rojas, Jessie Scott Williford, Morgan Marie Williford and Nicholas Chase Johnson.
